Runners World Photoshoot (November)
Runners World is a Magazine I regularly shoot for. They usually call me up for any portrait of someone they need or if there is a big race that fits in their magazine that they need some shots for
At the end of this post I shall attach some of the videos of shoots I have done in the past.
Ps feel free to print this out and have it as toilet reading material.

Ken Doesn't know well? (Ken Rockwell Discussion)
I still get notifications when anyone and everyone puts up a post on any of my videos, and this one really struck my attention.
It goes like this:
The first posts were from Megasromanos and he asked on this video
Then came the reply from EctoplasmicResidue'

Hey,
when i do the same zoom in with a raw foto from my nikon D70s its not so sharp in resolution ?
Is it because i shoot with the 18 - 70 mm 3,5 f ?
Or maybe it's the 7 megapixels instead of the "i dont know how much your camera has" diffrence ?
thanks
so its not the megapixels that lacks my nikon d70s too get some good results ?
I did the whole setup like rockwell tells on his website about the D70 menu & settings to boost the camera colours and other things like whitebalans on auto and set to - 2 and so on.
I read many books and tutorials so i'm getting there and the result on my d70s lcd looks great but when i see the pics on my pc ...
it looks like a new compactcamera can give more coulour and sharpness.
Then came the reply from EctoplasmicResidue'
"I did the whole setup like rockwell tells on his website"
You're WAY off, even though Rockwell knows a great deal about testing lenses, everyone knows he knows nothing about practical photography.
Rant continues after the break

A little bit of music (Julien Pierrefeu) super low light video
This was a bit of a super low light lens test/ camera test/ microphone test
I was sitting on the ground right beside the massive speaker, I had my external microphone sitting ontop of the speaker. the sound does not sound as good as it did in the club. The microphone is a very old piece I got several years ago to record lectures at University.
Videos shot with the Nikon 20mm ais lens,
@ f2.8
on the Canon 550D
@1080p
@25p
@6400iso

Nikon sucks I am a purist
What do you think the advertising campaign of I am a purist for the full frame Nikon D700.
Do you think it is something referring to just the fact that it has a 35mm sensor, or is it something that it is trying to advertise itself and gloat about the fact that it does not have any video function, unlike the D300s, D7000, D3s, D90, D5000, D3100 and then thats just the nikon camp.
what do you think? leave your comments below
However the best advert ever for the nikon d700 is in the video after the break
