Great discussion, and much needed to be addressed! I am a 'budding amateur', and a friend I work with couldn't afford a wedding photographer and only had a small wedding anyway, and asked me to do the shots on the day, and I did! For FREE! Facebook is free, so why not wedding photography, I enjoy doing it and love to edit photos...so it was fun for me too, and got to shoot lots of wedding material and add to my portfolio...
