Tamron vs Nikon: 70-200mm Lens advice
The Nikon lens is brilliant and has a couple extra advantages compared to the Tamron such as its faster auto focus and its VR but are those advantages worth the near death experience you may suffer from your Wife/girlfriend/significant other when they go crazy at finding out that you spent over £1000 on a second hand lens... if not then it may be that the tarmon is the better lens for you
