Photoshoot (Glasgow)

This shoot  is for a  Glasgow based evening gown / wedding dress company run by the designer Megan . 

On tuesday the 8th of March, myself and model lilith Rose (model page) when through to Glasgow to shoot her current collection at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel .

In Glasgow we also met up with other model Stefanie Rice who was supplied buy Perfection PR.  Who had her hair styled in a vintage look by hair designer Caroline Lamp.

Magic Lantern Firmware INFORMATION and links

If you have the canon 550d or the canon 5d mark 2 you can download a free firmware upgrade from a team called Magic lantern.

It turns your basic (but very good) Video DSLR into something that rivals the very top end Provideo recorders.

First go to this page here http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/550D  and see what it can do, there are a couple of videos for you to watch about its coolness as well.

Here is How I install it to my memory card from a MAC computer.



Big things for me is that I now have Temprature control over the White balance,
minute control over the ISO
I can turn off AGC (auto'audio gain control)
I can manually control the audio input so I can now record full volume music gigs and yet still get recordable audio (see video of Pose Victorious below)
